Your channel never focused on bad and wrost economical condition of Employees of the Central Govt. Since ten years the CG employees are fully suffered injusticies on implement of 7th CPC. Under the recommendation of 7th pay commission report the CG employees got very low benefits in salaries just ranging from 14% to 23%. While on recommendations of 6th CPC during regime of congress Govt the benefits were ranging 50% to 54%. Due to low increase of salaries in 7th CPC, Employees who are in service and those who retired on pension during 10 years have also met to irreparable loss of monetary benefits. During the period of January 2015, the rate of DA was 100% and now only 53% despite of heavy raise in prices. For example, During January 2015 if there was basic pay Rs 50,000/- the DA was 100%, therefore a employee was getting total amount of Rs.100000/- excluding other allowances as on 1-1- 2015. While now the Employees are getting Rs. 76,500/- as per the present DA rate of 53%,. Therefore, in salary not only there is difference of 24,500/- ,but also decreased in other allowances like HRA and TPT allowances that are calculated based on Pay+ DA. In addition to this, during the period of Congress Governments the DA was granted in accordance to the actual increase on price index. But in the regime of the present Govt the DA is being granted since ten years with low prices rates. In view of the above, it is requested to prepare a detailed documentary on bad economical condition of Employees and present on your channel, otherwise it would be assumed that your channel is also branch of Godi channels.
