One thing I liked as a kid we’d have potato bar at school for lunch. When I was growing up my mom would ask me what we’d want for dinner, sometimes I’d suggest things I’d eat at school. One of these meals would be potato bar. She asked me what it was. I told her what would be served with them. I liked my school district because we got to put our food on our trays. The potato bar consisted of potatoes, chili, broccoli, cheese, and diced ham. We’d be able to choose between chili or ham and the cheese would be shredded or nacho.
