Some of them I bought (mostly on Amazon): the TIE fighter helmet, X-Wing helmet, Stormtrooper helmet, Scout trooper helmet. The Scout Trooper helmet is really heavy so I may make a foam version of that myself. Some of them I made: the Rebel Trooper helmet, the Rebel Marine Trooper helmet, the Death Star Gunner.

Thank you for explaining what pieces you used, however I am doubtful my crafting skills are as good as yours. But why not I will most likely give it a shot, I have all year to do this. :)

Yes, it is a Death Star Gunner. It's made from foamies as well.

Already working on it . . . the pulse rifle in this vid is a slightly modified Nerf Stampede. I just ordered an airsoft Thompson submachine gun and a Spas shotgun to make a new pulse rifle (that's what the real props were made from) and will put up a build vid when I'm done.

The marines flamethrower was made from an M16 and attached grenade launcher. I'm working an airsoft version of one of those too.

I mean like a general one, there are a bunch of different types of helmets and some basic material suggestions and techniques would be helpful and also an excuse to show us the different helmets you've made.
