Budget Cuts speedrun Glitchless%

Rules (that I made up): Get to the train from a new save file. No glitches or hacks allowed. Time starts when pressing start the second time in the main menu. Time ends when entering the train after HR.
This speedrun doesn't exist on Speedrun.com, so technically I would be 1st.
