The service was pathetic, and the manager’s behavior was downright rude. When we requested promised facilities, he shockingly responded with, “Do your function, else I’ll close it.” The food quality was the worst we’ve encountered at such events. Adding to the frustration, they had falsely advertised a stage along the river on Instagram, which was never provided. It’s clear they mislead customers with fake promises. Avoid this venue if you value professionalism and quality service.
