BUDGET Drift Kart Build Part 1

I've been thinking about trying to build a budget drift kart for a while now. So when this deal popped up, I jumped at it. In part 1 of the series, we clean up the chassis and make a few mods to get it driving. Enjoy!

If i remember correctly this thing should have clutch similar to drum brakes that starts working from motor speed so I would suggest less stiff springs so it would engage faster

you should put a proper 2 stroke pipe with an expansion chamber on this thing if u can manage to find something that fits, would be hilarious hearing it go into power band :D Atleast put a lil wang on it, maybe some underglow even

You can buy ally and hard rubber idler wheels with bearing for industrial belt grinders. Might be a but pricey though.

Once againwe had the same idea 😂 i got an arrow kart chassis from marketplace for free, bought a 125cc pitbike and ill be mounting the engine to it via chain drive allready has foot controls so all i need to do is add a clutch pedal and make a slap shifter and add the pvc and ill be menacing the street highly recommend grabbing a arrow chassis and going that rout and it’s basically a drift rig ready to go with a solid axle ect easy money ❤❤

Pe pipe bro we supply it to a guy that builds drift trike’s lasts longer as it has a thicker wall thickness and old mate recons it’s better then the pvc hit us up if your keen I’ll fine something in the scrap bin

Drift trike plastic wheels do not last! best bet is maybe go kart wheels with PVC. Will make it lower and more kart like.

Can’t turbo a 2stroke also a little small on cc for turbo but the 110cc versions of these quads a a far bit quicker😜
