Got my one a few days ago. Make sure you change your Vram limit in the settings . I set my one too 980mb. And now Dreamcast and alot of psp n64 run near perfect . It's a big difference. This will get sum real use now.

@@henryjimenez3976 sum games have still given me grief tho. But most are playing really good dreamcast side of things. Can even run them @ 640x480 with good settings and filters . Still need to set a few things in the retroarch core and system settings . To do this click the two sticks in. Go to the core settings.

@@swervinmervin1 go into the core setting and change the gl and resolution. Turn off the backend render. Dreamcast games are pretty much full speed with only a very minor hit to graphics. Mvc2 is now 99% playable. Might have to do a few different setup for games. Pretty impressed in this hand held.

The R36s with custom firmware is the Ultimate budget hand held. It can even play Sega Saturn Nights with the latest Ark OS. I bought two to give as Christmas gifts.

I love my R36S. I have no complaints about the D-pad, X,Y,A,B, or Joysticks. But Start, Select, Function, and L1, L2, R1, and R2 are _too damn LOUD!!!_ 🔊 Also has anyone noticed that the clock is useless? and where do you set the time? I found time related settings like time zone, etc. But didn't see a way to change the time. 😂 There's a small cell battery on the motherboard PCB. So, wtf? LoL

The R36S is the king! I see it for $27 every other sale. There's a reddit subreddit with it where they keep the ArcOS up to date and have added even Apple II support. I'd link it but YT deletes links. You'll get better PSP emu performance the second you update to the lates firmware. I play a lot of N64-F Zero X on mine.

My R36S came with the Arcade version of Battletoads. As well as all other versions. The arcade version has way more stuff to see.

I am not a fan of small screens but i absolutely loved this device❤ especially with a custom build that plays all retro system. This is tye budget king. All thanks to the company that started making awesome budget devices.. Pooooowkiddy❤

Yeah, don't like the small buttons either. My biggest complaint is the analog stick placement. That seems like it would be quite uncomfortable when playing for a long period of time.

I love that handheld but it sucks to. My left stick got stuck And I couldn't get it unstuck. It made me so mad. I throw the whole game in the trash can waste of $40 God bless and Godspeed ✌️.
