what to do when we don't want to use a validated budget anymore and create a new one for the project?

how to alocate to another project? example we have 2 project, project A with budget $100, and project B with budget $500, but in the reality, we must alocate budget for project B to project A, because budget project A to small an for project B is to large, so must allocate $200 from project B to project A

Yes, it's also possible in Odoo 14, however, the flow might not be identical to the one shown in this tutorial.
