I just bought the Alpicool 16qt for one person. Took a 4 day trip and didn't eat or drink everything I took with. The Alpicool has a LG compressor which is great.

I think around that price range the quality you are gonna get is going to be comparable to the Alpicool. If your willing to get up to the $600-700 range I have heard ice co can be pretty good but haven’t tried them myself

So. alot of good stuff mentioned in this 17m video. was wondering. on the 100AH battery by itself. just the battery to the fridge. approx how long will it keep things cool and or frozen, 70-90 degree weather (typical FL heat ) ?? i usually take family on a 4day 3 night trips. we no longer going to powered camp sites anymore. but would like to keep the burgers/chicken and hotdogs frozen till in need of use. we wont be in direct sunlight. 100% can say will be under thick tree cover and under a canopy. ?

I don’t think the battery I have will last in those conditions maybe a 100ah lithium. I bring solar with me to keep mine replinished.

@@alpinetactics yeah that’s what I’m trying to figure out. How long will a 100AH lifep04 battery will last me not assisted. I’m just starting out myself. I don’t mind going out and running for ice in the morning to the coolers that need it. My original purpose for a battery box is to run some 12v fans while we sleep and keep camera and phones charged. But I’m super curious how far one 100ah will get me. The box I’m going to use will fit two 100AH Redodo mini’s with plenty of room to spare. Looking at a 700w pure sine inverter to have just in case. With all the shade I’ll be under while camping solar probably won’t be good. But I’m brining a gas powered generator just in case to charge things back up if needed. Going to start with 1 battery at 1st see what that gets me

@@cantbuyrespect 280ah??? That’s a lot of power. Atleast a week I would think. Usually when it’s running it’s pulling about 50-maybe 60 watts but that’s just when it’s cooling.

Any suggestions on how to connect to the app? Just received our fridge and zero luck connecting to the app, even though the Bluetooth icon is lit on the fridge panel display. Thank you!

Hey there. The way I do it is through the app. As soon as I open the app it shows up and I just click on it.

With mine I had to hold down the settings button while open the app. Then a little icon flashed on the fridge and it paired

Every word you say the camera shakes. Had to click off. A stand or gimble would be helpful
