RECIPE:
Butter - 120 grams;
Sugar - 100 grams
C1 eggs - 3 pieces;
Flour - 150 grams;
Baking powder - 8 grams;
Vanilla sugar - ½ teaspoon;
Salt - ¼ teaspoon;
Plum - 400 grams (6-8 pieces);
ADDITIONAL:
Sugar - 1 teaspoon;
Cinnamon - ½ teaspoon;
Icing sugar - 1 tablespoon.
1. Wash the plums, remove the stems, cut them in half and remove the pits.
2. Beat the soft butter with sugar, vanilla sugar and salt using a mixer.
3. Add the eggs one at a time and continue beating with a mixer.
4. Pour in the sifted flour, baking powder, mix the flour at low speed until smooth.
5. Transfer the finished dough to a 20x20 cm form covered with parchment, smooth the surface.
6. Place the plum halves on top of the dough.
7. Sprinkle the plums with sugar and cinnamon.
8. Bake at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Adjust the baking time according to your oven.
9. Let cool on a wire rack, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
