One thing is if you have a Fastbreak account and add your Fastbreak profile to your reservation, the card you have in the Fastbreak profile will be the card they're asking for when you want to extend a rental or make a change to it once you have the car with you. Even if you gave them a different card at the pickup, it'll default to the card you have on your Fastbreak profile when doing extensions or modifications.

When I check in at hotels a different credit card number is generated from my actual credit card.

Yes one time. The car was too small so we walked back to the kiosk and got a different car within ten minutes.

Did you have to go to a specific parking spot number to retrieve the rental car or could you pick from any from a specific section (i.e. full size, standard, economy, etc.)?

You go to a specific parking number because when you make your reservation you tell them what kind of car you want. When you pick up your budget pamphlet paperwork the parking spot number is written on it.

did it ask for your payment when you booked? its my first time renting a car and I saw your video and made a fast track account but it didnt take the payment for my card it just said it was reserved. I don't assume there will be a key waiting for me like that hahah. I can't reach customer service

Your key should still be ready. If you didn’t pick the prepay option, then you can pay when you leave. To leave the rental car garage, you have to go through a verification booth. They ask for your drivers license and if you aren’t paid they will ask for your credit card.

As a rental agent employee..... that Seinfeld quote isn't funny. It's not our fault that the company allows overbooking and the qe have to deal with angry and mad customers that say the worst and most prejudice and rude things that aren't warranted. We font own the company and we can't do anything about not having fleet and overbooking.

@@BentleyCC Well must say Budget Rent a Car treated me well in Reno, in 2020. So I thought I'd use them again when I went to Las Vegas in 2021. I paid for the car in advance, and still had to stand in line for an hour and 20 minutes. Then when I finally got up to the front, they said oh we don't have a car right this minute it'll be about 15 or 20 minutes. I said I'm not going to move until I get my car. She said we'll call the police. So I got out of line and stood there like a mummy for 20 minutes before I got my car.. and now you know the rest of the story
