If you are reaching at 12, it will be too tight to go on a safari... Unless you do not check into the hotel and directly go to the forest, which I think will be a hassle

One of the most commercialized park in country, to attract more tourist the park staff will even drag the domesticated animals into a jungle and will enjoy killing of innocent creature. People must avoid such parks.

You are mistaken here... They never drag animals inside the park... The problem is that villagers still live right next to the park and their cattle graze inside the park... That's when the attacks happen... Villagers have made their peace with that so that they are not relocated.
