The biscuits fit if you pay close attention to the instructions. They split apart with the smaller biscuit underneath and protruding upwards through the mount. The bottom rubber fits inside the hole under the top biscuit, trapping the mount between.

Nice Scott, make sure you have enough clearance on the fan to the radiator, allowing for engine moving on those mounts. Look forward the next one :)

Yeah, that fan is terrifying, would soon churn up that aluminium radiator. 😮🤣

Great progress. I especially like your thoughtful attention to detail. This will make for an even better car. Something to keep in mind at this point with most parts just tacked in is that the front cross member rivets can be cut out and the cross member moved forward to gain some clearance between the fan and radiator. This will move the axle, spring, radiator and grill forward. Even just an inch or inch and a half could make a big difference.
