I have used another companys gel X version from AEON NAILS 💅 & I was happy with the kit so im really looking 4ward 2 giving Aprè/ Kuromi kit a go. I use alot of Aeon nail products & they are usually gr8. I cant afford the pricey stuff so me getting the Gel X collab is a big thing for me so im super excited 2 get it. Your nails turned iut really rather stunning 😍 you did a really gr8 job. Im terrible at smile lines myself Love & light from AUSTRALIA 🇦🇺

Oooo..a nail company I haven't heard of before? Research time! hehehe. I'm with you, I like to be more frugal when I buy nail products as long as the quality is still there. I've eyeballed Gel-X since 2021 and back then the kits were around $150 without any collab. Back then when I was doing Gel-X a lot, I just used kits I found of Amazon which seemed to work just as good. I will give this to Apres, I think they make some of the best designed nails for Gel-X or press-on applications. It is just so flushed without any work to blend the nail.

Thank you for being one of new nail friends. I'm glad I was able to help others save some money. It is very cute, but honestly it feels like I pad $140 for a bag to hold just that Apres Gel-X bottles lol. I think Apres makes a very quality product, but I feel like other brands do as well for a better value on the wallet.

I must say, at 1st I was nervous for you. Then when you got into the Beetles kit it seemed you were way more comfortable & relaxed. It was nothing but a breeze for ya(: Although I've never tried Apres before, I have tried a few other expensive brands & wasn't that swept away. Even though I wanted to love them! Like Kiara Sky's Gelly Tip kit. The tips are really small in size & thick, not flushed at the cuticle. I ordered short Almond & Coffin, almond was too small!! Never got to use them:( Coffin size 2 fit a little but not much to cover my free edge. And that was filed all the way to my skin!! Loved their lamp though. It was quite powerful. Been contemplating on ordering some tips from Apres because I feel they have the best fitting and besides they're the mother of GelX(: Loved your nails(: & love me some Enailcouture!!!!!

Heheh...I was nervous for me also ;p I couldn't believe that light made so much difference but that Beetles flash lamp came through. Thank you for the kind words on the nails also. Hopefully soon I'll learn how to paint on camera, its almost as hard as talking on camera :D :D

I honestly think Aprés products are over priced and over hyped! You're absolutely right, for $40 just for the lamp, you would think it would have a sensor to turn on rather than a button. The Kuromi bag is cute, but definitely not worth $140!

Thank you for helping me feel like I'm not being petty over that lamp. It just boggles my mind why you would include a lamp with a push button start instead of auto sensor for Gel-X. At least I have a nice $140 Kuromi bag to store it all in 🤣😂

@@nailsbyrocky i forgot to say that I also have the beetles kit and it's awesome! I use the lamp all the time. The auto sensor is a life saver! I'm a "cheapskate" and have never been the type of person to buy name brands (thanks mom!). I've found that for pretty much any name brand product out there, there's always a knock off version that works just as well, if not better 😉
