I quite often do chicken and stuffing sarnies after a roast. Have it cold, but chop everything into tiny pieces and mix with mayonaisse - makes it a bit moister. Gravy's a good shout too though 🙂

Fabtastic Deano! I'm really enjoying watching this budget week. You're really down to earth. I'm sure, that a lot of us can relate to. I personally would've never thought about, making Chicken n stuffing sandwiches. I buy them, but never in my mind making them.

I always enjoy these, thanks for doing another budget series. I would have saved the leftover chicken to add to the pizza and make it more filling, or add to another meal in the next two days, but I'm sure the cats enjoyed it too! :)

Really going to give this a go. Love the challenge but certainly as you suggested, get a jar of curry sauce for left over chicken instead of ready meal.

Zapp the bread in the Microwave for a few seconds,or toast the bread,nothing wrong with a chicken sandwich on toasted bread.I have all my sandwiches toasted.
