Yes thats great! I know places are different but most allow you to take the cash home that day so that’s always a plus and it’s not logged into the system so less taxes lol

So yes and no lol. We get to keep that and don’t have to claim cash but we do tip out other wait staff and help based off tips or sales so technically not the whole tip. Most places you get to keep a percentage after you tip out to others. At least that’s how it is at my restaurant
