Mere pass aaj ki tariq m 100 se jada perfumes aur attar h. 20 percent summer perfumes 80 percent winter perfumes and the fact is i live in Delhi where weather is mostly hot and humid and I can't utilise my heavy hitters cold weather perfumes/ attars, ab main aur koi perfumes nahi khareedta although i have money but i have realised first all my previous perfumes needs to be finish before I go and buy new ones or stock the previous ones. You have today touched very informative topic to which most of impulse perfume buyers like me can relate to and yes budgeting is good and one should buy decant before buying a full bottle.
