Let me tell you a technique that worked for me.😏 I had the same problem you do with my budgies. I was trying to feed them some apple.🍎🍏 Cut up a chunk of apple into teeny tiny pieces, about the same size as the seed you feed them. Then mix it in with their daily seed. My birds had no idea there was something new in their daily seed, so they just ate it like normal.😏 (my birds are always scared of something new and big). Then, when they accidentally ate some of the apple, they loved it, and began searching for more. I did this for about a week. Then, after about a week, gradually start cutting the pieces of apple into bigger pieces, so they can get used to it.😁 That's what I did for apple, and I'm sure it'll work for other fruits too!👍🏻

@@birobiro423 😂 I posted this long time ago that I forgot I even posted this. I bought one of a stainless steel top that comes with three filters for replacement. Stainless steel is safe for birds and I’d prefer it over plastics. I ordered it out of Amazon and my birds loves it.
