yes, his fallen feathers can look very blue sometimes.. but he is beautiful mix of colors! thanks for all the love in the comments, it means a lot!

Budgies are so adorable! I have one, I was wondering if you could give me some tips on what they like or don't like and stuff, ive had my budgie for maybe 2 months or so. she has learnt to sit on my hand, as long as there are seeds :D
