4:02 Yes it is. But actually we ALL owe it to the man who composed and arranged this song (and hundreds of others). Romuald Lipko (keyboardist) was a titan of composition. At one point he wrote songs for probably half of the Polish music market.

The song is beautiful. And your reactions are wonderful! However, let me make a slight correction: not Jelenia Góra, but Zielona Góra. These are the names of Polish cities ("deer mountain" and "green mountain" 🙃 ). In Zielona Góra (you can see the inscription on the film), the Soviet Song Festivals were held. 1985 year - it was not a good time in Poland: the military junta and the communists ruled. The artists were forced to perform at these festivals (and at another one: the Soldier Song Festival in Kołobrzeg). Some criticized the singers participating in these events, but it was not easy: refusing to participate was punished with a ban on public performances, recording of records (then still vinyl records), refusal to issue a passport and other harassment from the authorities. To bar you don't understand the lyrics... it's about a lone house of refuge where he shelters from the storm, and there is down after darkness and peace after storm, and birds prepare to ascend.. quite poetic, very refreshing and optimistic, afterall every problem eventually ends.
