It's called 'Vegeta (Second Form)' because it's Vegeta's second body. Remember, he was given another body in the Buu Saga. The reason Goku doesn't have that tag is because he is given his original body back whenever he was brought back

6:39 I bet it's a counter super attack. They were a thing added in the raging blast series. You use them, start a pose and during it's duration, if you get hit by any non-energy attack, a cinematic super plays out. They were useful because they cannot be blocked or teleported out of, but were balanced due to the low range and inability to block or teleport yourself during the duration. They were a good addition back then. You could pretend to fail a combo and leave a gap and use one to bait the enemy to attack you.

God Bind almost looks like it acts in a similar way to Mystic Breath canceling out super attacks, 6:37 looks like it was intended to show a well timed cancel move to a rush attack. They could be trying to incorporate some new utility skills to had more variety in play styles.

The very first combo was like a food critic from Ratatouille moment for me. It was just like I remembered from childhood, but modern and gorgeous. Been seeing a lot of people hard on this game for some issues seen in the trailers but that’s why there’s no release date yet and hopefully we don’t get it til this game is close to being ready. You should have compared it with paralysis type of attacks like frieza's telekinesis, majuub paralyzes move, and many other moves since they are a stock stun move in bt3 rather than comparing it to 16 hell flash and broly gigantic hammer.

Another thing I noticed is that some of the animations look incomplete. Like when Goku and Vegeta strike their iconic poses at the beginning of the trailer, Goku’s hair isn’t flowing in the wind like vegeta’s. I also think they’re reusing some voice lines in the trailer because I caught Goku yell “KO ken” and not “kaioken”. I’m still pretty excited for the game, but they for sure need more time

My assumption for God Bind is that it's a skill like psychokinesis that's pretty active (like can hit even really late) and paralyzes the opponent. Depending on the rush super, you could even interrupt them with well timed basic attacks which is something I really hope they keep. Not only that, but the sheer amount of explosions reminded me of those Ultimate Tenkaichi map destructions, and if this is really going to revive the best of the franchise then I wouldn't be surprised if some mechanics were taken from literally every game like Raging Blast customization and like you said, BT2 quad direction blocking. All I know is that I'm very ready for this game.

I just hope that these characters are more varied than they were in the previous 3D games. Aside from specific moves, most characters played nearly identically to each other. I'd love to see more unique mechanics, like Bergamo growing larger as he takes damage, or Roshi's flight being linked to Baby Gamera or using Kamehamehas to push himself through the air.

Seeing how you discovered the hidden features of solar flare earlier and how it was not just a stun and lock off but could also cancel oncoming supers and ultimates, I feel god bind will have similar mechanics to that of solar flare, like an alternative evasive or more a parry with to punish aggressive players and immobilize them for a bit
