Hi! Love your creations. Just wanted to share a little something. When I have a very long tail, I put that tail thread on a very small “bobbin”. Similar to a cardboard bobbin used for embroidery floss. I cut a small cardboard square and make a cut in each side. Then starting next to the beads, I slide the thread into one of the cuts and continue to wrap thread around and around the little square. When at the end I secure the thread in another cut and it keeps the long tail out of the way and not in a tangled mess. It seems to help me a lot.
@BronzeponyBeadedJewelry2 ай бұрын
Thank you 🥰 The bobbin idea is brilliant!!!

Your toiling, designing and creative flair has hit the pot. You toiled and boiled enough to concoct the most satisfying and delicious jewelry set, yet again. There may be no "eye of newt" in this brew but the out come is just as magical. I cannot wait to see what your beading witchery comes up with next; just in time for the "Hallowbead Fest" with those spellbinding fall colors. I have no doubt that your next pot will include both Tricks and Treats that will unleash the "Beadwitching" beast in all of us. The beading goblins will be escaping their graves just to watch the magic you spin. No pressure. But only those who are not afraid of the light will stay to participate. I am standing on dragon scales and vampire spikes in anticipation of the next beading spell you cast. ( I don't know if you know this or not but dragons do not like anyone standing on their scales) Again, no pressure. Until then, may the beading vampires be with you. In all seriousness, Stephanie, I can't thank you enough for your generosity. You have shared with us yet another piece that will add to our beautiful creative repertoire.

Hi Stephanie, I have been in the process of a move and now have finally unpacked my beads and have been craving a project by you! I did make the bracelet, but it is a little small, so I gave it to my daughter. I want to try these earrings, but wonder if I could adjust the size to fit a 12mm rivoli, which I have a ton of. Just wondering if it would be too much hassle to make it a little smaller. At any rate, I am ready for these beautiful earrings! Thanks again for your wonderful guidance throughout the tutorial!! I (of course) love this one too Stephanie!! Is that little example you made on the diamond shaped chain a chaton?? It looks like a little chaton, instead of a rivoli! (Which would be awesome cuz I have tons of 8mm chatons...the 39ss ones). Also, where did you get those totally gorgeous rondelles that are turquoise but with a blue metallic to them?? I love the 1x2 and 2x3mm rondelles and Im always looking for awesome new colors! Id love to get some of the ones like you have, that color is amazing and Ive never seen it before!! Thanks again Stephanie for another awesome piece, I so look forward to all your videos!!

Morning Stephanie I made a chain with your favorite colors the antique brassy colored seed beads. I have them in in every size color. What color rivolis would you recommend also pearls and Rondell’s. Have tried several different colors and they all just seem to be a jumbled mess please recommend for me because I am mad mad in love with this project thank you
@BronzeponyBeadedJewelry6 жыл бұрын
dawn clements Hi dawn! I’m so glad you love this bezel. My suggestion is to use a dark to medium rivoli (Siam, emerald, sapphire or any color you love) Choose lighter pearls (I like white) for contrast and rondelles to match the rivoli. Hope this helps 🌻😊🙏
@dawnclements59076 жыл бұрын
Ok I want to do the metallic one and as usual I have no rondells. I’m a bit confused about where you would use the drops? Can you post a few close-up pics on your channel- thanks whoops what can I use if anything instead of rondells?
@BronzeponyBeadedJewelry6 жыл бұрын
dawn clements I can message you close ups on Bronzepony Facebook page. Send me a request message and I’ll reply. You can use any bead that will fit if you are asking about the top embellishment. If you are asking about the bezel itself then a pearl or rondelle is all I have used. You can certainly try any 3mm you have to see if it works😃 The Miyuki drops are the outside center embellishment on the green bezel.
