enjoy the video but problem without bottom it works fairly good install bottom wont work any ideal

Thanks for watching the video - I need more information. Does the motor not rotate if the bottom of the globe is attached? (large brown cover). Or is your issue specific to the slip ring?

goes a little then stops then goes slow stops with bottom off

new motor new wiring cleaned out the little motor with prongs to transfer power

Slip ring is the clear plastic bits with the copper prongs that transfer power.
