Buff Or Nerf? Mr.Compress Edition (My Hero Ultra Rumble)

He needs a Buff. His Y skill needs armour or faster take off. Bakugo can fly in an instant but Compress has to wait 2-3 seconds. Annoying AF. He also should be able to pick up downed allies. The devs arent ever gonna fix it though so no need to worry.
