Buffalo is mainly coaching, they always relying too much on Josh to be superman. Meawhile, Bengals are too cheap at the ownership to bring in proven defensive players.

I understand the frustration on the 4th and 1 call but why is that the focus when the bills had many issues. Leaving cooks out of the game in key moments, running hurry up on a QB sneak that didn't work the entire game, failing to score on the final drive of the game, the defense getting shredded, Mcdermott not challenging the Kincaid spot, special teams getting burnt, etc. That is not factoring in the five fumbles that all went the bills way and three dropped ints. The chiefs also have multiple penalties not go their way either. Blown false start (that should have been offsides) on 3rd down, missed facemask, etc. Am I crazy or did this game feel like a normal officiated game? Literally, nothing the NFL hasn't had issues with for a decade

It was a hugely impactful play, they got a horrible spot on the previous play (replys show kincaid already had the first down), and the way the 2 refs disagreed had a huge impact on the game and very likely may have changed the outcome. The other stuff you oisted is on the players and the coaches, the refs arent supposed to have that impact.

The broncos were in the same position with John Fox. Albeit they made a Superbowl but always seem to lose in the tournament. The difference? John Elway fired their head coach and Gary kubiak took them over the hump to the Lombardi immediately. Bills need to do the same but never will.

They've won it 5 straight years, but only in 2020 have the Bills had a better divisional record than the Chiefs. It's a ridiculously high watermark, but the Bills have the proclivity for an inexplicable loss in division (this year aside), and they cant afford that in such a fine margins situation v KC

They were supposed to finish 3rd in the afc east this yr, Allen elevated the offense beyond expectations, even with a Rookie wide receiver and a free agent who basically did nothing all season in Curtis Samuel , get him a outside weapon and the offense will be better, defensively is where there’s serious work to be done

I agree with Brandon Beane. The goal really should be to keep kicking on the door. Eventually it will kick in. And this was the year that the Bills has a soft rebuild on the flying. Cutting expensive players. And they still made it to the ACF Championship. With Joe Brady having a full year as the BIlls' OC, things are only pointing up.

I think the change of coach thing is similar to how Tony Dungy was with Tampa. He couldn’t get over the hump until he went to the Colts. Yes it took Peyton Manning to finally beat the Patriots in the Super Bowl.

I’m a Josh Allen fan so I’m a bit biased. I’ve even been to the great city of Firebaugh, CA. OK, by accident as I was just driving through and my wife asked to stop for a burger. But I looked at his career playoff stats and overall they’re good to great. Wins more than 50 percent of his starts. Check. 66 percent completion percentage. Check. Here’s the biggy: he has better than a 6 (!) on his playoff TD-2-INT ratio - 3 is considered “excellent” so 6 is outstanding. So evidently Josh isn’t the main reason for the Bills failures against the Chiefs. In reality, if not for Kansas City, Josh would be sitting at probably a terrific playoff win-loss record instead of just “good.” Josh Allen unfortunately entered the league at the wrong time and if he were in the NFC I’m guessing he’d have a ring or two. Schade.

Yeah, Josh Allen is not the problem, nor is he surrounded by bums. Just like everyone else, I want them to get a Superbowl ring, but it's SO much better to be deep into the playoffs than to have your season blown after 6-7 games, as we had for many years between Kelly and Allen. People say, "I'd rather they suck than come this close and falter." Yeah, no.

The Bills are close enough to get lucky and beat the Chiefs, but they need to improve. They lost that game multiple ways. They are better off if they see that they are 5% worse than the Chiefs and try to get 10% better across the board.

There is only ONE TRUTH - only Superman w/his x-ray vision could see whether or not the ball crossed the line. I've seen 10 replays and 8 of the 10 times it DOES NOT appear to me that Josh crossed the line. The other 2 times it seemed possible that a piece of his shoulder and another time an inch of his butt. I think Brandon Beane has done a very good job, maybe even better than John Lynch in Santa Clara and I think Lynch is underrated as he’s made a lot of good moves. (I think Lynch should’ve traded a couple “stars” for picks last spring though and I wrote it then.). But the Bills need to “stay the course, a thousand points of light,” as a previous president might say. A few more pieces, a little luck, the Bills will get it done. With a QB like Josh Allen it’s only a matter of time although it WILL be very painful. Hey, John Elway finally won two Super Bowls on a row and there are similarities.

Josh Allen had over 3 minutes down by 3 points to either tie the game or take the lead and he couldn’t even get past the 50 yard line. Mahomes did that in 13 seconds. That aint got nothing to do with refs, thats just getting out coached and out executed

I didn’t watch the entire game so I didn’t see every play. How many tackles did the refs make that helped the Chiefs? How many points did the refs score for the Chiefs?
