This last week has been much harder to breathe ; making me tired more than usual and being a bit more forgetful (less oxygen to the brain and muscles). I think might be natural given colder air starting to hit and with El Nino coming strong, cold, wet air they say in Texas... I'm praying it won't be too hard on me. Hope your back feels better soon, too. No fun there either hehe
