I honestly think they first 10 games will be a solid indicator on if this team was serious all off season or if it was all talk. I am usually skeptical but I truly believe something feels different about this team.

@@sportstalkbuffalo3775 God how I wish you are right, and I am wrong. I have been through this so many years. I thought that last year was going to be the Sabres breakthrough...and everybody except Dahlin underperformed.

@anordman9659 I just think Granato was a tremendous developer of talent and helped alot of guys realize their potential but just couldn't get them over the hump. After watching their bottom 6 and how fast aggressive physical they are I think it will help creat space for the top 2 lines to flourish. They aren't going to score like they did 2yrs ago however they will be better than last year and likely better defensively

@anordman9659 hearing this team and seeing the compete idk the attitude just seems different. Hope I am right if not I might not be optimistic about them over again lol
