No way, DDs mobility and damage it's way too good for that, they could increase dragapults health and add a shield to DD to make dragapult a bit less punishable, giving Dragon dance a similar mechanic to Shadow sneak (increasing Your HP rather than Your ATK) could work as well

So you want it to just freely deal high amounts of AoE(boosted auto) dmg with zero draw backs? That'd be more cancer than mimikyu, playrough mimik is at the very least single target(still cancer to play against)and can (occasionally) miss. At best maybe make it so that Draga does still get stunned but doesn't get grounded, or lower DD's CD if draga gets interrupted. I get that CC is a big issue but giving everyone HR or unstoppable is just a band-aid fix, CC overall needs to be reworked.

Idk if you’ve tried this or this is well known, but i main dragapult and I’ve been losing a crazy amount of games, but I’ve seen a good amount of people using charging charm phantom force. Normally i would play muscle rapid scope, but with charging charm I’ve had 3 games surrender before ray. It insane, highly recommend

We all know dreepy on lane is ehhhhhh, and even when ur on central its difficult for me to take advantage of tier one to score unless the other team makes a bad play. So most of the time im just playing the general build. I also when i do rarely play lane go buddy barrier to make team fights more reliable 👍

phantom force is just too good. if dragon dance made you unstoppable with a little lower cooldown it could be better. But gettiing CCd out our you main move and then just being stuck because of bad mobility just isnt reliable enough. On top of that no attack damage stacking KOs is no bueno

Dragon dance carried me to master, but once you match with a pikachu, slowbro or anything that catches and disables you.. with Dragapult low defense you are finished. You have to use phantom force for high rank matches.

Goodra. Stomping those nubs would be a piece of cake. And then take char as your free mon so that you can get through later stages of ultra. Tho ceru atm would be the best but stomping with goodra feels so good and lower ranks is the only place where you can have that fun.
