Malignance on Teemo might be good. Since each mushroom slows, the passive should have a better chance of landing. 40 ability haste in your shrooms is nice, and the mana is handy since you'll be throwing down so many shrooms. Worth a test. Xerath could be good, 40 ability haste on bis ult is nice, plus he can land 4 or 5 shots per ult, which would make 4 or 5 procs of Hatefog. It would also probably be nice on Kogmaw and Corki Those are the only ones that I could think of off the bat.

I see you spamming abilities out even when you don't get the 2nd empowered auto. For example you do one Phoenix auto then switch to boar even when you're not under pressure. Is this a mistake or is that something good? It seems strange to miss out on the extra damage.

Good video, watched till the end, but holy shit that keyboard and mouse noise is a bit annoying. Maybe consider a dynamic cardiod mic to cut that some? I know Q start is the fastest, but I always start R > W > R > E. Level 4 after one full clear. Plenty of sustain for full health after the clear to contest scuttle and my E for a potential gank. I feel that's much better than this for versatility and sustain over being a bit quicker
