Jonkus, think about what moves perrserker runs… yeah, azumarill beats it in every even shield scenario lmao, even if it runs play rough, a neutral move. In fact, the ONLY scenario where Azu loses is 2/0 shield. Wins in 1/0, 2/1, and all others.
