Fortus hits like crazy if u build it up. He is ok in arena for lower tiers but doom tower with proper setup he does insane dmg. If they ever add content with more than three rounds he has the potential to do more than everyone

But ofc he is a b tier there because not so much of polymorph rather the stoneskin and block debuffs and cleanses

Thanks for the showcase drock! I saw saph say in a video the other day that based on the numbers Karnage is expected to hit 30% harder then siegefrund. Although I'm not sure which ability that was referring to and that probably was based on the initial hit and not the spread damage. Still gonna be insane though! I do want to make a correction that the "block damage" portion of his passive is not the same as a block damage buff (although he puts that up afterward). It functionally works by mitigating all the damage to 0. This means rotos and georgid cannot kill him through his passive. However champions which have "damage cannot be mitigated by passives" will be able to kill him. That would include narses, quintus, and karato. He's going to be such a menace in arena, especially if people start building him in 1 turn stoneskin+lethal further limiting the potential counters.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure that excess damage it coded the same as Trunda's A2 where it's double dipping in the multipliers and debuffs. Also, according to Saph, Karnage is actually supposed to hit even harder... so that will be fun when ppl start getting him.

@@TemplarGuitarHe or someone else on the HH team was the first one to whistle blow on the wonky mechanics of overflow damage which has been going on since Draco was released. Draco has always had it, Baron has always had it, Wukong was given it and still Plarium hasn't changed it. The only difference with Sieg here is the ignore def on the same skill and the gigantic Mythical stats. IF they nerf it it will be because they only now untangled that bit of spaghetti code on their end. Saph's input will be irrelevant in this specific case. Remember that he was also the one who revealed the special multipliers on Trunda and Plarium specifically said they would not change her when they nuked poor Madman.

Rotos A3 will not kill him. The passive first blocks the DMG then it places blk dmg. Rotos hit wont ignore the passive, it will ignore the subsequent blk dmg buff if you get back around to the A3. Conversely this is why Narses does work, it ignores the initial dmg blk of the passive killing him before the blk dmg buff is placed. Also I i think hes fine as is. Literally all he brings is dmg, he doesn't ignore anything (or everything like Georgid) or place any debuffs. And he's the only Mythical with a conditional metamorph. If his dmg is dropped he needs his forms flipped and the ability to freely change between forms.

Lots of meta champs are good against him. Narses, Harima, Taras, UDK, lockout. Even Monkey is not terrible against him because he can block debuff him.

When mythicals first came out, there was praise that they were good but did not make legos the new epics. Now that more are released and you see a buff like this, the current pool of legos are, in fact, on their way to epic status. Mythicals are taking over live arena as each new one is released. Then we see the fusion that looks crazy but isn't mythical. You have to make the new lego broken not to have them power crept when released. That's how this game works. Keep releasing new champs that make the current batch obsolete and new content you need those champs for. Need reasons for the whales to keep whaling.

i', sure you've seen the results in the arena, but since i haven't i'm curious about his passive. Does ignore block damage abilities actually kill him outright? The ability says if hit by fartal blow, block the damage and then place a [Block Damage] for 2 turns. Georgid's abilkity specifically says ignores [Block Damage] Buffs. So, the first effect, which block damage, is that from the actual [Block Damage] being placed before the hit, or is it a separate "negation" of the killing blow, followed by a [Block Damage] Buff? I told you, or maybe Ash (who was browsing over his buffs in a rant about not being able to shift) that 2 Turn Block damage on everyone, including himself now when he shifts is bonkers strong. He is really interesting, he is VERY hard to kill, need specific strategies to kill him, so you its hard to focus him down, and you absolutely have to focus on him because otherwise he will A: most likely obliterate your team, or B, bring all his friends back again with damage immunity.. Really cool concept now, the damage sort of blends good together with his passive/shift because of what i mentioned earlier. I like when they make you strategize around the whole kit of someone, instead of just mashing buff-->debuff-->nuke everything and win without care.

i love this siegfrund buff it fits perfectly. they opening the meta so people can actually start participating and enjoying pvp. i hope they would change frolni and aphidus too to be atleast at mythical level. we would need more meta champs from ancients. cant be all the meta is in voids and there is only harima and duchess as a no brainer from non void. if you read the lore for aphidus he deserves to be better :D

Siegfrund has a variety of counters. Harima, Arbais, UDK, any lockout champ, Georgid, the list goes on and on. Armanz is in a different world.
