The healing is proportional to the damage dealt so it wouldn’t be *that* different, but yes obviously this is not the optimal way to play sinister against bullseye. If you’re blocking most hits and maybe taking the occasional combo you’re going to be just fine.

I use Mister sinister in AW but he never regenerated his health !! He die quick!! Is that’s bugs in this AW or what ??

First off, AW defenders are gonna have high stats, but also sinister only regens damage from crits. Bullseye crits every attack so sinister heals most of the damage, but if the defender is doing non crits he won’t regen at all.
