At first i thought a ranged killer being 4.6 ms wouldn't be a problem but after playing him i realize how much of a difference it makes. You can basically zone survivours from areas for free to get a down. But i still don't think it's over powered. I think deathslinger needs to be 4.6 as well but i don't know if the developers will do that.
