Buffer Bashing

This was a very fun one to make, I hope everyone enjoyed. This is just to hold y'all over until the next project, stay tuned :)

Buried Truck's narration and camerawork was very good! I always felt Buffer Bashing could have done with a rewrite. This turned out to be superior than the actual one! Good job!

Great vid Sudric; I like how you expanded the original, which didn't leave much for taste really; the integration of classic character provoking and unintended karma feels more profound here. It's good too you treated the story as separate from the continuity of the source material, which also helps. Mike narrates this with his usual straight charm; I have talked with him on his videos about doing a collab, but he's happy with his thing, and besides nothing firmly established on my end of the stick yet. I used to like the original RWS story when Thomas & his Friends first came out 10 years ago, but looking back on it now like many other fans, I too was disappointed on how the story was, mainly the part where the Fat Controller puts the blame on Douglas when really it was a just a brake failure and an accident out of his own control (more to the point, Douglas wasn't conceited in this one, so how can Donald be scot-free whereas Douglas was not?!). Christopher Awdry is still a good writer (despite a few duds), but for a story for Donald & Douglas in the RWS, this is definitely the worst. NWR1991 did provide a better explanation of how the different side of the story happened with the Fat Controller having a bad day. And when I saw this adaptation, it proved to be a much better version than I thought it would be, and it was just perfect in terms of character, especially Donald & Douglas. Well done to both you and Maithwaiter on this.

I know STH blamed thomas henry and percy for breakfast, something in air and predicament respectively but the first two the characters were conceited the whole episode so it was karma as for predicament STH was definitely in a bad mood due to all the BS on ffarquar in that book plus they were reduced to 2 engines there
