When I was living in vegas I use to come go to the one on rainbow and Sahara once a week and eat.only seafood.mostly snow.crab . Me and my family would sit thier for.hours

10:21 - you are smarter than 95% of the buffet goers when you said “i wonder if thats really flounder or swai fish” as so many restaurants pay less for swai and call it either catfish or flounder. but personally, i love swai. its so good and so forgiving , no matter how you cook it. but i hate when its NOT on a buffet and you have to pay the higher price and they call it swai, which is much cheaper (but yummy too). just call it swai already.

Thank you Gail!☺️ I noticed many of the Asian buffets label swai as flounder or sea bass. I’ve eaten a lot of flounder and sea bass and I can usually taste the difference. I agree. They should just call it swai. No need to fool the customers, they are still getting a great value.
