I generally don't have a lot of time to travel, so when I do, I make sure to do a little bit of homework and find great places .. the noodles and the porridge on the plane... sometimes that's all you need 😉

Reality is that Metro Manila is 90% slum. Taking a taxi from my hotel in Makati to Malati has to be the scariest experience in my life. I was mad at the driver for taking me through the slums. Then, I found out 90% of Malati was like that.

Thanks for visiting Manila. 👍 I always go to Spiral ,Vikings..etc there are more good buffet to go also. But most of the time, we eat at Chinatown in Binondo for some food that I don't get here in the US. Even outside Manila, there are places that serve good local dishes. I can not recommend any right now since I was there before the pandemic. Enjoy and keep safe.

I had just this morning watched the episode at this Casino - 5 years ago! .and then tonight came across this one! My how you have changed lol! ( not a comment on your looks but on what you eat!) Hong Kong would be nice, but there were some restrictions in place. Unfortunately, I realized that going back I'll have a 12-hour layover in HK ... The buffet was actually just an excuse, I have some very good friends in Manila 🙂
