That some solid work man! You got the proper method going on for you. Buffer with detergent to clean then suck, repeat! Sand, suck sand! Re-coat!

Man you’re good I assume you just had to buff the floors and out new coats Most want to sand it all but with light scratches I always for some reason I thought it can be just buffed Trying to do mine floors

When you do the cleaning does the process always removes the wax if the floor has wax on also whats the name of the machine you used here and what pad scrubber you used? For personal use what machine you would use to scrub and extract the dirty water since i don't run a business and want to do it a properly way.

I'm confused. Is this an engineered floor or real planked wood floor? Also, is that old wax, e.g. Bona, Rejuvenate, Orange Glo, or the old factory applied urethane finish of the flooring that you're describing as "dirt" after scrubbing the floor with an unknown pad? Very little detail in this video.😏 Commentary by me: It appears to me, just through observation, that you're not removing the old finish completely as you buff/sand the old finish but rather going just deep enough to remove surface scratches and imperfections and prepping the old finish to accept your new coating. True or false? Why?🤔
