I was so proud recently to level up Artimis' artifacts to 100. I now feel like a proud flee in a puddle of sea brine and a large white shark just swam by. So amazing the resources you have gathered. they seem to come so painstakingly slow. I guess it's a matter of time. Lots and lots of time. One day I may even graduate from my puddle.

He has some uses. He's interesting as a defensive hero in certain lineups.

Even baby Julius can be awesome. If your goal is related to beating all Outland bosses, you might defeat high level Vadjar with Corvus (Oliver) - Julius (Biscuit) - Morrigan (Axel) - Nebula (Cain) + Albus, and in this line Julius needs not to be maxed.

You have to go for his physical attack first as his skill modifier is based on 500% of his physical attack:)

I think you should go for Rufus next. A team of Dorian , Heidi , Iris, sebastian and rufus is pretty good in offense
