To be fair I feel like it would be pretty hard to design a hypercharge for those two. Chester's would be difficult to design because they'd need to design like 5 different super effects. It's not really that it can't be done, just that it would be really time consuming to do. Mandy's would be difficult because I don't know how you would make it interesting while not being overpowered. Her super already has infinite range and can go through walls so you can't buff it in those areas. The one idea I had was that they could make it where Mandy lets out a continuous blast with her super, kinda like the kamehameha from Dragon Ball. The only issue with that is we haven't yet had a hypercharge that completely changes what a super does, so far they've all just added another effect or modified a property of the super.

To nerf Clancy i would reduce the projectile speed from his super by a lot and more space between projectiles to make it more dodgeable. And reduce the amount of tokens he gain from the super, to avoid the one super upgrade. Do not nerf his level 3 because the brawler lose the sense.

As a regular brawl pass buyer, I will now love brawl passes even more! This Kenji skin is amazing. Everyone thought the moe skin would be legendary, but its a ranked skin, thats so amazing!! The new gray skin is just, perfect, the nita skin as only a super rare!!!??????? I will definitely buy the berry skin just for the effects. The eve skin looks really good too! Overall: i will be buying every single star force skin, they're all nust so good!!!

Willow buff: While mind controlling a brawler, some of the damage taken by her will be transferred to the brawler she is controlling. Also her super can go through walls now. (Like cord super) Berry buff: He will also heal himself when he supers. Slight damage buff. Surge nerf: Shots required to charge his super will gradually increase with each stage by 1 shot. 1st stage -> 3 shots 2nd stage -> 4 shots 3rd stage -> 5 shots Final stage -> 6 shots With this he won't be needing that health nerf or any other nerf for that matter. Pass these onto the devs kairos, they really seem to like my balnce changes ideas.

Idk about Willow's I think she's bugged and you can't attack the teammate she controlled, but when they drop to 30% health the control is cut. But maybe it's not bad because she will stop controlling when hit. Surge's is overkill
