More people should see these. I think a lot of BtVS fans think SMG is some uptight, snobby person, but I think this shows how silly she is sometimes. All the actors always talk about her like she's so serious about work (which is probably true), but she clearly also had fun on set.

People are people, even actors (who frequently fall short of being "people"), but as far as "uptight" goes, Joss himself said she was a source of tension on set, caused problems. It was, to all accounts, a very stressful set (due to time constraints, long hours, etc) with Joss taking part of the blame, as in not clamping down on the usual giant egos all tender and puffed and easily bruised, and the usual office politics, (read "backstabbing")). Your point is that she was playful at times. Well, ok, she was here, but I'm not sure that's the impression some people walked away with at the end of the day, or the end of the series. Know your Buffy history and backstage drama before you make statements lightly. It takes work to know this show, but it's worth it : )

@JaimeBeesVids I don't disagree, you're right, we don't know the truth, we were'nt there, but when comments appear from a bunch of people, and they all align pretty much the same way, then you have to wonder (that's the way detectives look at the "facts" of a case). I trust Joss, though, it was his show from first to last, and if he thought it was important to describe it a certain way then to me that carries weight. And he did throw a bit of shade on SMG (and Freddie lol). And.........kudos to you, young lady, for your work over the years fighting the YT video battle; I've enjoyed them a lot. When they're up : ). I know we both love the show..and all the people who made it possible.........well, MOST of the people who made it possible haha.

@JaimeBeesVids Part of the appeal of the show is that it allows discussion and different viewpoints, and has done over decades. Happy to talk with you, and thanks again for the videos..
@davidroberts17024 жыл бұрын
@JaimeBeesVids Yeah, I'm familiar with that kind of attitude, especially online. I've been attacked for knowing some show history or whatever, or not aligning with somebody's shipper preference (I'm a spuffy as well). You know, speaking of which, YOU are part of Buffy history. You probably don't look at it that way, but you and your dailies posting have been around for years, and you've been a target for the entertainment powers-that-be (whoevever it was, Mutant Enemy, Sanddollar, or whoever was trying to jerk YT around so that you had to create 22 channels. You were there, putting them up for our pleasure despite the video war. So.........Jaime Beeeeeeuffy Yay! Just as historical and associated with Buffy as the Bronze beta, etc.

Thanks for having decided to share your dailies ;)

I think they were great for each other because they weren't perfect, and boring, they like real couples had to communicate, and work things out, they ended up a great team, and great friends, and yes lover's, unlike angel who ran away. ..

So...anybody have a guess what Sarah says silently at about 2:08 (right after the second "Yay")? I have an idea, but maybe somebody actually knows.
