There is a lot to prove Brian. We know you want the buffs to win! You keep telling the truth and don’t worry about haters… as long as you have valid reasons for your picks. Nobody should have a problem. Thank you for all you do✌🏽

Pat is always so damn negative and pessimistic.

WHY ARE YOU GUYS STILL FOCUS ON LAST YEAR? Last year is gone and this is a new team. People still feel that the only for their negative narrative to make sense is to talk about what this team did last year. This is a completely new roster, a different mentality, and a new belief so I don'[t understand how your can't see those improvements. People expect if CU doesn't blowout teams then they played bad. All games that are won won't be pretty and sometimes you have to see beyond black and white. This team has heart and determination that people can't see. So let change this narrative that if CU wins close then they didn't play good.

The same reason why they say we can beat every team on our schedule except KSU. Which is the next game. KSU has lost 2 games and are 1-1 in the conference. But we going to struggle with their run game and running QB. Who isn’t nowhere near the size of KJ

Brian, im one of those who calls you a hater. But I can honestly say, you saying, "They have a lot more to prove." I wouldn't say that's a backhanded compliment. That's actually a fact. For me, the hater jacket gets put on you because, for as much as you cover the team, you know that everything has been upgraded from last year. Yet, you constantly put the breakdown of last year on this new team. You never speak on the nuances. Ie. Yes, they had a hot 3-0 start and burned out. But those guys were not ready for a moment. Whereas the talent that has been brought in this year were starters and played a lot of quality snaps for their previous teams. You take a national perspective when speaking about them. But again, I can see you coming around.

I appreciate the response and because it’s well thought out and cordial, I’ll respond! Haha! First off, it’s not ME coming around; it’s the team coming around. I’ve been very consistent in providing objective analysis of the Buffs. When things are going well - as they are right now - it’s going to sound more positive. Also, keep in mind, my projections of the Buffs, both in 2023 and this year, have been much better than most, so I’m not sure how that’s being a “hater.” I picked them to be in a bowl game last year. This year again, my projection was higher than Vegas and the national prognosticators. The national perspective was this team would win 4-5 games and I often said a bowl game (6 wins) was their floor. You are correct in that I do know they’ve upgraded. That’s why I have repeatedly praised the upgrades the Buffs made in several areas. Of course there has been some comparison to last year, because 2023 is the main sample we have of a Coach Prime team at CU and this year’s team is aiming to be better than last year. Frankly, two games in, they looked a lot like the 2023 team, but for the most part I’ve pointed out a lot of the ways they’ve shown improvement over 2023. The national sites writing the hit pieces and routinely ripping Coach Prime and the Buffs are the real haters. I’m just providing some analysis of what I see!

Even if they lose, they 4-1 It’s not going to be like that every day as long as they win.

Last year they only lost by one possession outside of Oregon. What are they talking about?

Wrong liar! Lost by 42 at Washington State and by 12 to UCLA

If the right ranked teams lose, we could see CU crack the top 25 during the bye. They would have to leapfrog a bunch of teams, though.

Being ranked really doesn't matter this early

They just need to focus on improving and stacking wins.
