At the time of this video, our average price in Buford is about $350,000.

Buford is also only about 20 minutes from Gas South Arena, which hosts a minor league ice hockey team, a professional box lacrosse team, which we usually buy season tickets to, and other entertainment events that don’t require us driving into the city.
