Bug! Review (Sega Saturn)

One of my personal favorites for Saturn. For me personally I prefer Bug over Bug Too but thats just me. I remember playing a demo of this way back when Saturn was actually new and it wowed me!! The 3d, the awesome sound effects, everything! It was one of the games that along with Panzer Dragoon really impressed me with Saturn. Bug is very nostalgic to me personally. Both fun games. Thanks for your personal input and review.

Understandable! I'm glad you get something out this. I just can't see past the critical gameplay and design issues to enjoy it.

@@ItsCoolFromSaturn yes I admit the blind spot jumping can get frustrating. I guess I could take nostalgic sun glasses off. Lol. Look forward to seeing Bug Too review.👍

So trying thos game out as someone who is new to the sega saturn i was pleasently suprised with bug! Yeah it's difficult and sometimes annoying but i like the soundtrack (especialy the ocean level) And checking out these saturn games really makes you feel like ryu hazuki (from shenmu because he has a saturn as well!) Speakimg of that are you gonna check out some more saturn games? (Edit) those

That's good! I am glad you liked it! I have a review schedule which I posted in a Community post but essentially I do a cycle: Sega Saturn Atari Jaguar 3DO So, as I have done a 3DO game last week, this week I am doing a Sega Saturn game. I'll be posting a teaser probably on Friday afternoon and I have a long weekend off work this week so I may have the review done a day early but we'll have to see.

A game that looks so fun...but I think really isn't. Very frustrating, no saves. Too hard, too long. I always get bored with it. The sequel was more or less the same for me. Maybe a 6/10.

Agreed. As mentioned, there's no graduation in difficult, it just starts out difficult and gets harder as it goes. Not a good way to ease players into your video game.
