Bugatti EB110 vs NEW Lancia Stratos

During the 2019 Supercar Owners Circle (SOC) I have filmed the Bugatti EB110. This is the first Bugatti EB110 that is built and it is in Switserland for some drag racing against new supercars! You will see it drag racing against a Lamborghini Aventador SVJ, Koenigsegg Agera X, Jeep Track Hawk and RUF CTR3 Clubsport. I hope you enjoy the video.

That Diablo has some of the longest gears I’ve ever heard

They were a 5-spd trans, so to have the top end capabilities, they needed a high rear axle ratio... They ran 2.41 rear gear... Now imagine if the diablo had some 3.55 or 3.73 gears? Phew! It would be a screamer on the low and mid range!

It's V12 3.5L 4turbos 560hp and permanent 4wd. Around 1600 kg weight. That driver is a potato.

It takes a while for the turbos to spin up in those. It drives kind of slow and then all of a sudden it goes at the speed of light

@@poggersp3393 I understand that. My point is that IF the engine is unreliable or the risk is too great to truly race with it, then what's the point of turning up at the circuit with your EB110. Leave it in the garage or cherish it during an easy drive on the open road. It makes no sense. Edit: but better off course: IF you buy an EB110, invest in it and make sure the car is in racing condition. The car is meant to be driven hard.

La EB sta solo preservando il cambio. Non esiste che possa essere continuamente umiliata in quel modo con il suo v12 (non ancora w16) quadriturbo che comunque è ancora un missile terra aria anche per le supercars moderne con paddles al volante. Per quanto riguarda la “nuova lancia stratos” sarebbe meglio che chi ha postato il video si informi meglio dato che non è stata fatta dalla gloriosa Lancia, che non è mai risorta dalle ceneri del suo passato, bensì riprodotta con carrozzeria moderna che richiama posteriormente la stratos di un tempo ma con frontale diverso (fari fissi e non a scomparsa) su telaio e motore Ferrari F430 alla modica cifra di 400.000 euro tiratura limitatissima.

that's not a Lancia Stratos. Bertone did it far better. The original Stratos is still a crazy thing. This one has F430 machinery then why not a modified F430 (what really is). I believe the the guy loves the Stratos so much to make replica but calling it NEW LANCIA stratos... Whaaaat?!
