60s/70s is probably the best. But 70s/80s, especially when the Afro met the Jheri Curl, when the Rhodes piano sounded most like a bell before the cheap gloss of the Yamaha DX-7...it was the peak of production before music got heavily reliant on electronics and got lazy

MAGIQUE ET ETERNEL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dernière chose j'écoute du CALIF tous les jours depuis cette époque bénie des dieux et je ne m'en suis jamais lassé savez-vous pourquoi ??????? Tout simplement parce que la qualité ne s'érode jamais bien au contraire elle se bonifie avec le temps !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Un extraordinaire genre musical qui a changé notre Vie car je ne suis pas le seul à aimer le CALIF tous ceux de ma génération qui ont eu la chance de le découvrir ne s'en sont jamais remis ( comme moi !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) Une dernière chose à titre d'anecdote l'année d'avant la sortie de cet album une première mouture de ce fabuleux morceau a été enregistré par la sublime sheena Easton avec dans les bachrounds vocaux l'un des deux musiciens de ce duo ( je crois de mémoire Frank musker).pour finir il y a tout le gratin des musiciens de studio de l'époque impossible à citer tellement ils sont nombreux !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
