love that attention to detail when he slapped fan bugcats butt he also turned the fan off. and/or maybe that also was that button that makes a fan stop moving because the button stays pressed after it was pressed.

Nah it was just the 'stop swiveling' button, the fan just stopped because the bugcat got surprised.
