Buggy has to have 5 characters with a cost of 5 or more to stay on field - Mr 3 is not a 5 cost character so Buggy gets bottom decked.

For RP Luffy we run both 0 cost red and giant

He didn't even bluff giant he just played a nami. Which is wild. I don't know if the extra 0 cost event helped, if it did he got lucky. Although he had enough counter in hand to deal with the board state. Only 3 viable swings, there is no rush in Buggy.
