What does gears duplicated mean? How do u duplicate them? What for?

This is not 100% game… There is not ALL GEARS

You need to read the title of the video again. The video says duplicated gears, not all gears. The whole point of the duplicated gears is not only to activate the 100% cutscene but also to skip some of the mini games. which slow the game down There are other games out there which will do similar glitches.
