A common misconception about this show is that people seem to expect Gang Tae to be the light that guides his brother but forgetting that he too, while isnt autistic, is also human. I read comments about how people say it seemed uncalled for that he was complaining about his issues compared to what his brother had to go through. Those comments were rubbish, doesn't mean you're going through a different or a less, difficult hardship than another, you shouldnt feel more or less miserable. His feelings are valid. As everyone else's is. During the second half of the 16 episodes when Sang Tae started looking after his brother and consoling him saying that he is the elder brother makes me tear everytime seeing how he overcame everything and realizing that his little brother needs help too.

This was so rightly said. Well in fact, I was living in a situation just like Gang Tae with a brother needing extra help and me being the carer that was often ignored of. I can really relate to how the drama portrayed the feeling and the feeling of helplessness and being ignored. Perhaps this was not so relatable to those that don't have similar experience but I hope that any help and comfort can be given to these silent heroes.

I'm a mother of two kids. My older kid is a boy with "special need". And my second Kid (the youngest) is a girl. Watching Kang Tae reminds me about my girl. How she feel the responsibility to taking care of her brother, even though she is younger. I remember once when she said she wanted to be in the same school with her brother cuz she want to watch n took care of her brother. I felt grateful and sad in the same time. She was only 5 y.o that time! I cried a river watching the scene when Sang Tae's on his episode (Tantrum) in the mall and all eyes are on Sang Tae and Kang Tae. I remember cuz it was happens on me many times on us. Mixed feeling of Frustration, overwhelmed, humiliated, feel like being judged by people eyes.. and the the most was Sad for my son. We're doing good now. they get along well and together we learn how to handle that kind of situation and how to prevent that. And we can do all of that because of LOVE. :) And yes, we should not judge people by first impression on one or two situations. Let's enjoy the next episodes if this drama. ^^

Lo respondo en español, si! Soy de ver muy poco series, pero este tipo de dramas fue exquisito a la vista, perspectiva, hay una escena donde Go Moon Young le pide perdón llorando a Moon Sang Tae mientras que este le daba de comer, no es una escena de novela, no es escena de nada .... no imagino las horas de horas que tuvieron que trabajar dicha escena para esos minutos. Yo pensé que después de CLOY, no habría nada igual, pero fue espectacular este drama y el final, aplausos para ese final. Mención aparte para el actor que hizo de Moon Sang Tae, me la creí su actuación. Pensé que era de los pocos que evaluaban como los has hecho. Saludos!

This drama is a revolution in the history of kdramas. I've watched countless cliches that were predictable. But this drama is a masterpiece that I couldn't figure out at any point. Plus, the subject of traumas, autism, letting your inner child grow up and finding solace within people who hurt you and heal you at the same time has never been created in such a harmony before. Amazing soundtracks too. I will forever love this drama.

I think the issue with his mom is because at such young age, he was already given a responsibility instead of living the best of his youth. That's why he frequently reminisce only the memories that he pitied himself. (I cried to the part where he cries to Sang-tae realizing that his mom also cared for him but he's still hurting) This drama hits different because it can happen to any of us and constantly reminds us that it's definitely okay not to be okay. I hope everyone dealing with mental health struggle or hurting can all be someday, okay ^^ I hope we all can.

평소에 사괜 즐겨보고 있는데 김수현씨가 엄마생각하면서 형안고 우는모습에서 이노래가 딱 나오는데 눈물이 계속 흐르더라고요.. 작년에 잃어버린 강아지가 생각나서인지 그때 제가 잃어버리고 쉴세없이 찾으러 다니면서 항상 생각했던 말들이 가사로 적혀있어서 더 눈물 나더라공요. “죽어서라도 이렇게 다시 너를 만나면 지우고 싶었던 너의 기억을 다시 할수있게. 여전히 나를 기다릴까봐 널 잊는다고 잊어봤는데 계속 널 잃어버린곳을 서성이게 되고 지워버린 그날 너의 마지막모습이 계속 떠오른다. 내가 아직 너의 시간에 살길 바라.”2달동안 미친듯이 찾아단고 발에 물집나면서도 매일 그자리 다시가보고 전단지 돌리고 너무 힘들었는데 1년이 지나고 혹시나 하는마음에 포인핸드에 들어가봤더니 비슷한 아이를 보자마자 눈물이 나더라고요 제가 잃어버린곳에서 발견됬다고 적혀있고 정말 똑같아서 .. 여기저기 알아보고 시청에 전화해서 입양자에게 간신히 연락했는데 이미 이곳 환경에 적응했고 정도 들어서 보내줄수 없다하더라고요.. 정말 마음이 찢어지는것 같았어요 너무 미안하고 괜히 도 미련남고 마지막 소원이 죽어서라도 만나자였는데 울면서 명심했는데 아직 그아이와 함께 했던 기억이 지워지질 않고 지워버린 그때 그아이가 계속 아른거려요. 버스타고 이노래 들으면서 가는데 잃어버렸던 장소를 지나치는데 너무 속상해서 버스에서 펑펑 울었어요.. 가사가 정말 딱 제 얘기같아서 제 심정같아서 더 마음을 울린것 같네요 . 생각날때마다 들어요. 말로 표현할수 없을만큼 마음이 텅빈 느낌이랑 무거운 돌이 마음에 들어있는 그런 느낌이 나고 눈물만 나고 그 눈물이 눈에 가득차면 행복했던 6년간의 추억이 생각나서 너무 슬퍼요. 노래덕분에 다시 생각하게 됐어요. 지워버린 그때의 기억이 생각나고 여전히 날 기다릴까봐 아파했던 그대로일까봐..살아있어서 다행이다. 사랑해 미안해 고마워.
