Hae-in's way of loving seems cold and indifferent but if you look close enough or deep enough, then you will see that her love was stronger than Hyun-woo's. Even when their marriage was hanging by a thread (with Hyun-woo preparing for divorce without her knowledge), she didn't stop loving Hyun-woo, nor did she had a change of heart. Also when she had a miscarriage, what she needed was comfort not an argument. You might think it was her fault for not saying these things to Hyun-woo in the first place, but remember, when the two of them met and fell in love with each other, Hyun-woo knew Hae-in's personality of not expressing too much and not taking the initiative to speak her inner feelings. Even during the courting phase, Hyun-woo was the one always taking the initiative and making plans, while Hae-in only makes plans behind, not openly expressing and showing. And Hyun-woo already knew that and he accepted that since they even got married. So in terms of changes during their 3years of failing marriage, it was Hyun-woo that change and not Hae-in. Hyun-woo stopped taking the initiative to fix things by talking to Hae-in😢 and even when the show didn't delve more into what Hae-in felt at that time when she had a miscarriage and her husband isn't there to comfort her, I could only imagine how lost she must've felt. I think that's why the show made up that kind of illness/hallucinations. It fits Hae-in's situation where she is lost, cold and alone. She was already saddened by her miscarriage and Hyun-woo even added to it. So when everything became clear and they fell in love with each other again, it was understandable and a must that Hyun-woo cried his heart out better than Hae-in (despite the show being called Queen of Tears). After all, he was not only crying because Hae-in was dying but also because of guilt. So he should cry and feel the pain double than Hae-in😕🤨🤔

After the backstory of the miscarriage, I actually hated Hyun-woo a lot. Even when he returns to Hae-in's side again, my hatred didn't diminish at all, but still I can only root for him since he was the only one who could make Hae-in happy😑😔

After finishing the series I can relate more to the song, its a prove of how much Hyun Woo love Hae In. He fell in love with her, pour his heart out and give his all to Hae In. Over time due to miscommunications he felt like he is not strong enough to support the marriage. But he didnt realize that Hae In is going through what he's feeling too. Its just that she's not as expressive as he is. She missed him, what they had and still love in him the same way. Its due to her ego and also cluelessness she didnt know how to approach the situation. The disease that she had is the turning point for them as Hae In became more open and vulnerable to Hyun Woo. And he also realize that he still love her. I love how they go into details of their marriage, every hardship that they had were valid. Both their feelings are valid. Because of this love, they found each other again. They will love stronger than before despite all the hardships. That's why I love the ending. The second chance that they had. Its beautifully written. Lots of love to them for making this unforgettable love story.

If anyone is wondering why this drama OSTs have been spot on its because the musical arrangements and lyrics have been written by Nam Hye Seung and Kim Kyung Hee for 3/4 of the tracks. These 2 are power houses when it comes to OST. Any drama that has them, the OST will surely be loved. Examples are like CLOY, our beloved summer. They just get what emotions the production crew wants to convey and translate it to the OSTs. Fantastic piece of work truly.

Me too. I have never been so emotional to kdrama until Queen of Tears. I know this is only series but it feels so real. As if I am watching a real love story unfolded in national TV.
